Bestellingen via de website van Design by Mark-C (koop op afstand) kun je binnen 14 dagen en zonder opgave van reden retourneren indien het geen maatwerk betreft. Indien je een product retourneert, krijgt je het aankoopbedrag binnen 30 dagen terug. De enige voorwaarde is dat het product in oorspronkelijke staat wordt geretourneerd en aankomt.
Retour aanmelden
De 14 dagen bedenktijd gaat in op de dag nadat je het product hebt ontvangen. Neem eerst contact op om je retourproduct bij ons aan te melden. Hierna heb je 7 dagen de tijd om het product te retourneren.

Retour sturen
Wij verzoek je het product in de originele verpakking te retourneren. Heb je deze niet meer? Verpak het product dan zorgvuldig met voldoende materiaal zodat het niet kan beschadigen. De kosten van de retourzending zijn voor rekening van Design by Mark-C en je krijgt het volledige aankoopbedrag alleen terug als het product in oorspronkelijke staat wordt geretourneerd en aankomt.

Returns
Orders through the website of Design by Mark-C (distance selling) you can return within 14 days and without giving any reason if it does not concern customization. If you return a product, you will receive the purchase price back within 30 days. The only condition is that the product is returned in original condition and arrives.
Register your return
The 14-day cooling-off period starts the day after you receive the product. Please contact us first to register your return product with us. Then you have 7 days to return the product.

We request that you return the product in the original packaging. Don't you have this anymore? Please pack the product carefully with enough material so it can not be damaged. The costs of the return shipment are borne by Design by Mark-C and you will only be refunded the full purchase price if the product is returned and arrives in its original condition.
